Dont worry, just blend oranges spinach and apple. Orange is a very strong flavor in the smoothie and enriches the freshness of your drink!

I am so excited to share some of my favorite smoothie recipes with you.
Lets start with the most basic and simplest form of smoothie savoured by the crowd.
(BANANAS--ORANGE JUICE--STRAWBERRIES--PEACH/Oranges)
Just throw them in your blender and use orange juice as a flavoring liquid base for blending the goodies together! You can proportion them according to your taste! Dont cheat on the sugary stuff!!!

-2 bananas
-1 peach
- 1 cup strawberries
-1 cup orange juice
What you get is a beautiful cherry red colored beverage with lots of good nutrition.
*I would not mix yougurt/milk in a smoothie with a strong citrus base like this!
Day 2
Whats for breakfast today?
oh one of my favorites and my husbands' too ;)
#Sprouted toast with sunflower seed butter and a drizzle of honey.
#A cup of 1% milk with instant coffee and a spoon of vanilla flavored creamer.
Nice n easy. You can add a bowl of oatmeal to make it more filling.
Most of these ingredients can be found at your local Trader Joe's stores. There is always a good reason to visit that store.
Day 3
OOOps I skipped breakfast...yikes!
Dont worry, just treat yourself to a glass of mango banana lassi (yogurt based drink). Its filling and healthy.
(BANANA--MANGOES--YOGURT--ICE CUBES)
Just throw them in your blender for a delightful thick yogurt drink.

-1 big banana
-2 medium sized mangoes
- 1 cup plain/low fat vanilla yogurt
-1 cup ice cubes
What you get is a fun thick yellow yogurt drink.
*You can try berries in case you cant find mangoes at your grocery store. The banana makes a great flavouring agent.
